In other words, as long as this case is in the courts, a cloud hangs over Senator Obama’s head and for the sake of our Constitution and our Republic, the issue MUST be resolved!
If President Obama issues an Executive Order to rescind the Mexico City Policy and allows the tax dollars of Americans to fund organizations that promote abortions overseas, the door to question the legitimacy of that Executive Order remains open.
If President Obama signs a treaty with an unfriendly power or the United Nations, the door to question the legitimacy of that treaty remains open.
If President Obama signs a bill granting amnesty to illegal aliens into law, the door to question the legitimacy of that law remains open.
If President Obama appoints new Commissioners to the FCC who bring back the so-called Fairness Doctrine, the door to question those appointments and the legitimacy of the actions taken by his appointees remains open.
That’s not to say that he can’t or won’t be able to fulfill the duties of his office, but until this matter is resolved… until he can validate that he is constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States, the door will always remain open to question and challenge the legitimacy of his actions and the dire consequences of those actions.
Biden would become president, and Obama would be arrested for fraud.

What exactly beyond Hawaii saying they have his original birth certificate will validate this issue or bring closure to it?
I really don’t understand anymore what people are wanting. He provided the copy that Hawaii gave him, Hawaii has said they have the original on file.
Hawaii does not give out a long form birth certificate, he can’t request a copy.
This is their statement:

The GOP will stop Obama from becoming President, rioting will start, martial law will be declared, and America will be taken over by a military dictatorship.

The Vice President takes office in the event of a problem with the leadership of the President, that is High School government material. Any agreements made in good faith will stand unless rescinded by the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government, appointments would be at the discretion of the new President, the ascended VP Joe Biden.
This is not a concern for informed citizens. Mr Obama’s citizenship is no more in doubt than Mr McCain’s. He was born in Hawaii and has the birth certificate to proove it. He is no less a citizen than my sister in law who was born at a Base Hospital in Germany to a US Soldier. Obama never renounced his US citizenship to any other country, he is not anti-flag or a wahabi muslim. To use a regional phrase common to those who like Dale Earnhardt Sr and support responsible sportsmen’s rights to personal firearms, “This dog don’t hunt son.”
John McCain is nothing if not a bulldog, if he thought this internet conspiracy theory had legs he’d have used it more than “Joe the Plumber” has had to hitch his britches while working under a sink.
